Public Citizen proudly issued a press release today praising a New York Supreme Court justice's ruling not to expose the identity of an anonymous blogger.
Ironically, though, earlier this year Public Citizen strongly advocated for forced disclosure of the contributors to grassroots organizations.
Maybe anonymous speech isn't so bad after all?
